Bill Brancucci
PartnerBill is a founding member and managing partner of Brancucci Capital Partners. He brings 30 years of investment analysis, management, and sales experience. Bill was previously a founder and partner at Enclave Wealth Advisors and First Republic Group. Bill also spent two years working for noted real estate developer Bruce Eichner during the development and construction of CitySpire and the Bertelsmann Building.
He earned his B.S. in Finance and Marketing from Syracuse University. In addition, he earned a degree in Real Estate Finance from New York University and he has completed extensive continuing education from Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania.
Bill is responsible for shaping and driving the firm’s investment strategy, fundraising, and deal structuring efforts.

Benjamin Brancucci
PartnerBenjamin Brancucci is a founding member and partner of Brancucci Capital Partners, bringing over a decade of experience in investment, real estate, and asset management. He began his career as a consultant on the Private Equity team at Aon Hewitt, where he advised large public and private institutional investors on private equity portfolio strategy and composition. He later transitioned into the multifamily real estate sector, joining a Chicago-based investment firm focused on multifamily properties across Texas and the Midwest.
Ben holds a BBA in Finance, Investment, and Banking from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Throughout his career, he has led and contributed to the acquisition of more than $200 million in multifamily real estate, demonstrating a consistent track record of strategic investment and value creation.
Ben is responsible for acquisition, fundraising, and deal structuring initiatives at Brancucci Capital Partners.
